By way of filing the present petition, the petitioner-wife is seeking transfer of petition filed by respondent-husband under Section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 (for short-‘the Act’) bearing No. HMA/245/2025 dated 01.07.2025 (Annexure P-3) titled as ‘Jaspreet Singh Pannu vs. Simanjeet Sandhu’ pending before the learned Family Court, SAS Nagar to a Court of competent jurisdiction at Nabha, Sessions Division, Patiala. 2.
