The petitioners have filed the instant petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to grant the petitioners back wages along with interest @ 12% per annum and all consequential service benefits for the period from 12.10.2001 to 19.11.2003 in parity with similarly situated employees. 2. After arguing the case for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioners wishes to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to file a fresh one on the same cause of action with better particulars and by attaching the correct copies of the translated documents. 3.
