It has been filed with regard to a case arising out of FIR No.404 dated 06.11.2025, for the commission of offence punishable under Section(s) 2, 9, 39, 50, 51 and 55 of ‘the Wild Life Protection Act, 1972’, Police Station Kunjpura, District Karnal, Haryana. 2.
