Present petition has been filed praying for quashing of FIR No.457, dated 15.08.2024, under Sections 238(a), 3(5), 304, 309(4) of BNS, registered at Police Station Kharkhoda, District Sonipat, Haryana along with all consequential proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of compromise deed (Annexure P-2). 2. FIR in question was filed by complainant-respondent No.2 and the trial started thereon.
