Sneh Lata also expired and consequently, her share devolved upon the surviving legal heirs. 4. The plain"ffs ins"tuted a suit for par""on by metes and bounds along with consequen"al relief of possession, pleading that a&er the death of Shri R.S. Singla, all his legal heirs inherited the property in equal shares under Sec"on 8 of the Hindu Succession Act, 1956. It was alleged that despite repeated requests, the defendants failed to acknowledge the lawful share of the plain"ffs in the suit property. 5. The defendants contested the suit principally on the basis of an alleged Will dated 06.03.2009 purportedly executed by late Shri R.S. Singla in favour of defendant Nos.1 and 2. According to them, by virtue of the said Will, the en"re property stood bequeathed exclusively to the sons and therefore, the plain"ffs ceased to have any right in the estate le& behind by the deceased. 6.
