(Oral) Prayer in the present petition under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, is for quashing of FIR No.75 dated 02.11.2024 registered under Sections 420, 120-B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 at Police Station Division No.1, District Pathankot, along with all consequential proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of compromise dated 05.07.2025 (Annexure P-2). 2.
