(Oral) The petition has been filed, inter alia, seeking a writ of certiorari quashing the result of Subject Knowledge Test dated 10.10.2025, for the post of Assistant Professor (College Cadre) Chemistry pursuant to advertisement 43/2024, dated 02.08.2024. 2. Pursuant to the last order dated 29.04.2026, learned counsel for the Commission has produced the petitioner’s provisional selection result in a sealed cover, which is retained on the case file as Annexure ‘A’. It shows she has secured less than the cut-off marks under Backward Classes-A (Non- Creamy Layer) category for the post in question.
