The present writ petition is filed against the order dated 18.11.2022 (hereafter ‘impugned order’) passed by the learned Central Administrative Tribunal in C.P. No. 266/2021 in O.A. No. 2978/2019 whereby the learned Tribunal closed the contempt proceedings and discharged the contemnors. 2.
