In compliance of the above referred to order, learned State counsel has filed affidavit dated 12.05.2026 on behalf of respondent No. 1 along with speaking order dated 01.04.2026 and the same is taken on record. Learned State counsel shall supply copy of affidavit dated 12.05.2026 to learned counsel for the petitioner during the course of the day.
