At the outset, learned counsel for the Delhi Development Authority (DDA) who appears on advance notice, submits that the petitioner has been requested to give a cancelled cheque and a deposit slip to enable the DDA to make the requisite refund/ remittance to the petitioner. 4. It is assured and undertaken that upon receiving of the said documents, the necessary remittance shall be made as expeditiously as possible.
