(ORAL) Present civil revision petition has been preferred under Article 227 of Constitution of India by petitioner/plaintiff being aggrieved by impugned order dated 29.04.2026 (Annexure P-1), passed by learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Samrala whereby application under Order XXXIX Rule 1 & 2 CPC, 1908 preferred by petitioner/plaintiff for grant of ad interim temporary injunction was not allowed, rather learned Trial Court had ordered to serve the respondents/defendants. 2. Learned counsel for petitioner/plaintiff states that by now respondents/defendants No.1 and 2 have been served and house of respondent/defendant No.3 was found locked, and now the matter is fixed for 09.07.2026. 3.
