She has raised a preliminary objection that the impugned order dated 04.11.2025 (Annexure P-2) is amenable to appeal under Rule 7-A of the Haryana Chowkidara (Watchman) Rules, 2013, in terms of the Government Notification dated 28.12.2022. 3. Faced with this situation, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to avail his remedy of appeal before the competent forum.
