Petitioners herein seek quashing of FIR No. 100/2024 dated 22.01.2024, registered at Police Station DBG Road, for commission of offences under Sections 420/406/120B/506 IPC along with all consequential proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of compromise arrived at between the parties. 2. The FIR in question was registered on the basis of joint complaint made by Mr. Kiran Kapoor and Ms. Babli Kapoor. 3.
