(ORAL) The instant petition, preferred under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, prays for the issuance of a direction to the Court of Additional Civil Judge (Junior Division), Ganaur, to decide the application under Order 6 Rule 17 of the Code of Civil Procedure (hereinafter referred to as ‘the CPC’) filed in Civil Suit bearing No. CS-299-2022 titled as ‘Shivani & another Versus Raj Kumar & another’, within a specified time and further direct the trial court to decide the civil suit within a time bound manner. 2.
