Present petition has been filed under Section 482 of the BNSS, seeking anticipatory bail in case FIR No.59 dated 21.05.2025, under Sections 191(3), 190, 342, 351(1), BNS (Sections 115(2), 118(1), BNS added later on and deleted Section 342 BNS vide Rapat No.23 dated 23.05.2025), registered at Police Station Jaitu, District Faridkot. 2. No one was present on 06.05.2026 to represent the petitioner and on next date of hearing i.e. 07.05.2026, proceeding was deferred for today, on request of petitioner’s counsel. 3. Today the present case was called for its hearing twice i.e. once around 10:30 AM and now again at 03:00 PM, but again there being no representation on behalf of the petitioner, this Court has no other option except to dismiss the same for want of prosecution. 4.
