Present petition has been filed for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.0055 dated 22.03.2025 under Sections 115, 117(2), 190, 191(3), 304, 351(3) of BNS (Sections 190, 191(3) of BNS deleted and Sections 115(2), 238, 118(2) of BNS added later on), registered at Police Station Old Faridabad, District Faridabad. 2. Vide order dated 09.04.2026, while granting interim protection, the petitioner was directed to join investigation. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that pursuant to order dated 09.04.2026, petitioner has joined the investigation and as such his interim bail may be made absolute. 4. Learned State counsel, on instructions has affirmed the fact that the petitioner has joined the investigation and he is no more required for further investigation. 5.
