The jurisdiction of this Court has been invoked under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India for the issuance of writ, order or direction, especially in the nature of mandamus or any other writ, order or direction, for directing the respondents to pay the contribution of the petitioner towards the Group Insurance Scheme along-with interest and the interest qua the delayed payment of his retrial dues including gratuity, leave encashment and monthly pension within some stipulated period along with interest @ 18% per annum from due date till actual payment in the interest of justice. 2.
