The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of FIR No. 96 dated 30.06.2025 u/s 115(2) and 117(2) of BNS, registered at Police Station West Sector, District Chandigarh and all the subsequent proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of compromise (Annexure P-2). 2.
