The petitioner No.1 is currently employed in USA as a Principal Regulatory Affairs Specialist. She is inclined to adopt her real brother’s minor son-Samaksh Malik aged 15 years. She is a permanent resident of Gurugram. The minor child is currently residing with her in USA with the consent of biological parents.
