The present civil writ petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the order dated 28.09.2020 (Annexure P-2). Further, for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to reinstate the petitioner in service and further direction be issued to respondent No.3 to upload data of petitioner on the portal of HKRNL and further, direction be issued to CEO HKRNL to appoint the petitioner against the post on which the petitioner was working as per clause 8.1 of Deployment of Contractual Persons Policy, 2022. 2.
