By way of filing the present petition, the petitioner-wife is seeking transfer of 02 petitions filed by respondent-husband i.e. (i) petition under Section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act,1955 (for short-‘the Act’) bearing No. HMA/2567/2025 (Annexure P-1) titled as ‘Hans Raj vs. Sheenu’; and (ii) petition No. GW No. 2 of 2026 (Annexure P-2) filed under the provisions of Guardians and Wards Act, (hereinafter referred to as ‘the GW Act’) both pending before the learned Family Court, Ludhiana to a Court of competent jurisdiction at Jalandhar. 2. As per office report, ordinary notice issued to the respondent has been received back with the report that house was found locked on repeated visits; whereas dasti notice issued to the respondent has not been received back either served or otherwise.
