The present petition has been filed under Section 528 BNSS for quashing of FIR No. 62 dated 11.11.2018 under Sections 279, 337 and 338 of IPC (Section 304-A of IPC added later on) registered at Police Station Taragarh, District Pathankot and all the subsequent proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of compromise. 2. This Court vide order dated 11.02.2026 had directed the parties to appear before the trial Court to get their statements recorded and the learned Magistrate was directed to send its report qua the genuineness of the compromise. 3.
