(Oral) The petition has been filed, inter alia, seeking a writ of certiorari setting aside the chargesheet dated 28.10.2025, Annexure P-5, alongwith all consequential proceedings arising therefrom, as also the order of suspension dated 02.02.2026, Annexure P-11. 2. Learned State counsel has received instructions from the second respondent/Director General, Elementary Education, vide memo dated 04.05.2026, which is retained on the case file along with enclosures as Annexure ‘A’. Referring to the same, she contends that the impugned chargesheet has been withdrawn vide office order dated 28.04.2026 with immediate effect, on account of certain procedural discrepancies.
