(ORAL) 1. The petitioner through instant petition under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India is seeking direction to Respondent No.2- Ld. District and Sessions Judge, Jalandhar to take steps to trace the judicial file of Civil Suit No. 51758 of 2013 titled “Sharanjit Singh and Ors. vs Balkar Singh & Ors.” He is further seeking direction to respondents to reconstruct the said file based on available records. 2. As per pleadings, petitioner claims that Civil Suit No. 51758 of 2013 titled “Sharanjit Singh & Ors. vs Balkar Singh & Ors.” was decided on 10.03.2015 by Ld. Civil Judge (JD) Jalandhar. He applied for the certified copies on 15.01.2025 by way of receipt No. 21055 but could not get the copies. He preferred application (CRM-1160-2025) before Ld. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jalandhar seeking direction to supply certified
