By way of this appeal, the appellant has challenged the judgment of conviction and order of sentence dated 06.02.2026 passed by learned Judge, Special Court, Sangrur, vide which the appellant was sentenced to undergo rigorous imprisonment for a period of 2 years along with fine of Rs.20,000/- for the offence punishable under Section 22(b) of NDPS Act and in default of payment of fine to further undergo Rigorous imprisonment for a period of three months, in case FIR No.125 dated 17.10.2020, under Section 22 of NDPS Act registered at Police Station Chhajli. 2.
