Ranjeeta Gandhi and others is pending, to decide the same in a time bound manner. 2. Concededly, the suit was filed on 11.08.2025. No doubt the respondents-defendants have availed a number of opportunities for filing the written statement and the same is not being filed. However, this in itself would not be a ground to presume that there will not be expeditious disposal of the suit. This Court is sanguine that the Court concerned shall proceed in accordance with law and make efforts for the expeditious disposal of the suit.
