Prayer in the present petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in a case FIR No.114 dated 23.10.2025, registered under Section 298 BNS, 2023, at Police Station Mehna, District Moga. 2. By virtue of order dated 02.04.2026, the petitioner was directed to join the investigation. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has joined the investigation and fully cooperated with the same and thus, the interim order may kindly be made absolute. 4. Learned counsel for the complainant has opposed the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner. 5. Learned State counsel, on instructions has affirmed the fact that the petitioner has joined the investigation and she is no more required for further investigation. 6. In view of the fac
