The parents of the deceased-Govinda have filed the present appeal for enhancement of compensation. The Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Kaithal, vide award dated 17.10.2023 had awarded compensation of Rs.9,30,000/- along with interest on account of death of Govinda, which took place in a motor vehicular accident. Appellant No.1, who had died, is represented by his LRs.
