(Oral): The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that he would like to withdraw this petition, provided that a direction is issued to the learned trial Court to decide the case in a time bound manner, as the petitioner has already suffered incarceration for a period of almost four and half year. The learned counsel for the petitioner has also referred to the directions issued by this Court, vide order date 07.11.2025, whereby the trial Court was directed to make earnest efforts to conclude the trial by 28.02.2026. Now three months have elapsed subsequent to the date fixed by this Court and as per learned counsel for the petitioner the trial is still pending. At this stage, the learned State counsel has pointed out that only three prosecution witnesses are yet to be examined, and that there has been a delay in this c
