(Oral) CM-3226-LPA-2026 This is an application seeking condonation of delay of 10 days in filing the appeal. For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed and delay of 10 days in filing the appeal is condoned. CM-3225-LPA-2026 The present application is filed under Order 41 Rule 27 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 for placing on record additional document, letter dated 17.04.2026 issued by the Punjab Wakf Board as Annexure A-1. Learned senior counsel submits that keeping in view the fact that the main appeal has been disposed of having been not pressed at this stage to avail the remedy of review before the learned Single Judge, no order is required to be passed in the present application, accordingly, the present app
