This petition has been filed under Section 482 of BNSS (erstwhile 438 Cr.P.C) for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 166 dated 28.09.2017 under Section 21, 29/61/85 of NDPS Act registered at Police Station Lopoke District Amritsar Rural. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was granted the concession of anticipatory bail in CRM-M-39173-2018 decided on 12.10.2018. Thereafter, the petitioner had been appearing before the trial Court but could not appear before the Court below on 22.04.2026 as he was out of station regarding harvesting of the crops in Madhya Pradesh. As such the Court below cancelled the bail orders of the petitioner and his bail bonds and surety bonds were ordered to be forfeited.
