The instant petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for grant of regular bail to him in case arising out of FIR No.368, dated 02.09.2024, registered under Section 20 and 29 of the NDPS Act, at Police Station Chandhat, District Palwal. 2. As per the allegations, on 02.09.2024, on the basis of a secret information, the petitioner, co-accused Shivam and Vikash @ Golu were apprehended along with a motorbike. On conducting search, recovery of 26.82 kgs of ganja, which was kept into the boxes of the motorbikes had been effected. They were formally arrested. On their disclosure, accused Vinod was nominated as such. Investigation now stands concluded.
