This petition has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS (Section 482 Cr.P.C) for quashing of order dated 16.12.2025 passed by ld. CJJD/JMIC, Hoshiarpur in CHI No. 903 of 2021 whereby the petitioner was declared proclaimed person in FIR No. 0010 dated 20.01.2021 under Sections 457 IPC (331 (4) BNS), 380 IPC (305 BNS) registered at Police Station Mehtiana District Hoshiarpur. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner could not appear before the learned trial Court due to the death of the petitioner's daughter. Consequently, the learned trial Court cancelled and forfeited the bail bonds and surety bonds to the State and issued non-bailable warrants against the petitioner vide order dated 31.10.2025.
