Present petition has been filed under Section 483 of BNSS for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case bearing FIR No.62 dated 20.03.2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 21 & 25 of the NDPS Act, 1985, at Police Station Gharinda, District Amritsar (Rural). 2. The gravamen of the FIR in question is that the petitioner is an accused of being involved in FIR pertaining to NDPS Act involving 1kg heroin, which was allegedly recovered from the petitioner. 3.
