Petitioner, who is engaged into business of real estate seeks direction to respondents to provide him with personal security (PSO) round the clock, as he apprehends threat from a gangster. 2. He also prays that the respondents may also be directed to process his request for arm license and allow the same without any further delay. According to him, he has already moved an application to the abovesaid effect which is registered as application No.ARML2025070194. 3. It is noticed that on the basis of the complaint made by the petitioner herein, P.S. Dwarka North has already registered FIR No.0186/2025 on 16.05.2025 under Section 308 of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), 2023 and Signature Not Verified Signed By:SONIA W.P.(CRL) 1648/2026 1 THAPLIYAL Signing Date:21.05.2026 19:32:32 such FIR is against Kapil Sangwan @ Nandu. The matter is still pending investigation. 4. Every District in Delhi is having a Witness Protection Committee and, therefore, the petitioner is directed to approach such Witness Protection Committee for immediate redressal of his grievance with respect to the providing of round the clock protection/security. 5.
