Broadly speaking, the prosecution case is that the complainant Rajiv Bansal alleged that his credit card details were misused by someone to the tune of Rs.1,76,000/-. The IO calls this a cyber fraud. During investigation, the money from the said credit card was found to have been credited in the bank accounts of one Mohd. Sarfaraz and Mohd. Rehan, who have been arrested. When they were in police custody, Mohd. Sarfaraz and Mohd.
