Learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner, contends that on the day of the alleged recovery, a Verna car, bearing registration No. HR- 51AS-6219, was occupied by three accused persons, namely Amandeep Singh, Sajan Singh, and Kamaljit Singh. It is alleged that 500 grams of heroin was recovered from beneath the mat of the seat adjoini
