(ORAL) The present petition has been preferred under Article 227 of Constitution of India by petitioner/plaintiff being aggrieved by order dated 06.03.2026 (Annexure P-3), passed by learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), SBS Nagar whereby evidence of petitioner/plaintiff was closed as petitioner/plaintiff had failed to appear to undergo cross-examination by respondents/defendants. 2. Admittedly, petitioner/plaintiff’s evidence is going on since 22.01.2024 and numerous opportunities were availed by petitioner/plaintiff. It was on 27.11.2025 that the petitioner/plaintiff tendered her affidavit while appearing as her own witness. Petitioner/plaintiff had sought repeated adjournments and only on two dates appeared.
