Daily Lok Adalat Bench No.1 508 FAO-1724-2022 Seema Devi and others V/S Manoj Pal and another Present: None for the appellants. Ms. Tanu, Advocate for Mr. Nigam K. Bhardwaj, Advocate for respondent No.2-Shri Ram General Ins. Co. Ltd. **** Since none had been appearing on behalf of the appellants, notices were issued to them to appear in person before this Forum to explore the possibility of settlement. However, the report indicates that appellants No.1 to 4 have been served through affixation as refused to accept notice whereas appellants No.5 and 6 have been served through family members. The appellants despite service have not put in appearance nor instructed their counsel to appear in this case. The said act and conduct of the appellants transpires that they are not interested to pursue this appeal. Therefore, the matter is consigned to the record room, with liberty to the appellants to revive the same by filing an appropriate application before this Forum, if the need arises. A copy of this order be sent to the appellants at the given address as well as their counsel so that they could take appropriate steps to contact their clients for revival of the same. (J.C.
