The jurisdiction of this Court has been invoked under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India, inter alia, for issuing a writ of mandamus directing the respondents No.1&2 to regularize the services of the petitioner as per policy (Annexure P7) and to quash the impugned communication dated 28.07.2014 (Annexure P9). (2). Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that denial of the regularization vide order dated 28.07.2014 (Annexure P9) is only on account of break of more than 30 days which was allegedly for the period from 01.01.2013 to 04.02.2013 and in that context the attention of this Court has been drawn to the letter dated 09.09.2014 (Annexure P11) whereby, it has been clarified that the break of 35 days was erroneously recorded and accordingly, it is argued that the petitioner is e
