On 16.03.2026, the following order was passed:- “The counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner is the witness in FIR No.34 dated 01.03.2021 registered against one Kala Khairampuria and another under Sections 302, 341, 506, 212, 120-B of IPC and Section 25 of the Arms Act, who is running an organized crime syndicate.
