The petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 482 of B.N.S.S with a prayer to grant anticipatory bail to him in case FIR No.99, dated 25.11.2025, under Sections 21, 61, 85 of the NDPS Act wherein Section 29 of the NDPS Act is stated to have been added later-on registered at Police Station Talwani Bhai, District Ferozepur. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in compliance of the order dated 02.04.2026, passed by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court, the petitioner has joined the investigation. 3. Learned State counsel also submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and is no longer required for further investigation. 4.
