By way of this appeal, the appellant has challenged the judgment of conviction dated 06.10.2025 and order of sentence dated 13.10.2025 passed by learned Special Judge/ Additional Sessions Judge, Bhiwani, vide which the appellant was sentenced to undergo rigorous imprisonment for a period of 5 years along with fine of Rs.10,000/- for the offence punishable under Section 15(b) of NDPS Act and in default of payment of fine to further undergo Rigorous imprisonment for a period of six months and to undergo rigorous imprisonment for a period of 5 years along with fine of Rs.10,000/- for the offence punishable under Section 25 of NDPS Act and in default of payment of fine to further undergo Rigorous imprisonment for a period of six months, in case FIR No.636 dated 04.11.2022, under Sections 15
