It has been filed with regard to a case arising out of FIR No.52 dated 19.02.2026, for the commission of offence punishable under Section(s) 406, 420, 120-B of Indian Penal Code, 1973 [Corresponding Sections 318(4), 61(2) and 316(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023], Police Station Civil Lines, District Patiala. 2. Vide order dated 24.04.2026 the petitioner(s) was admitted to interim anticipatory bail, subject to the condition of furnishing bail/surety bonds to the satisfaction of arresting officer.
