Present petition has been filed for setting aside order dated 29.10.2021 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Rohtak and to direct learned trial Court to charge the private respondents No.2 to 7 under Sections 341, 342, 509, 182, 211 of IPC and Section 3(I)(R) & (S) of the SC/ST Act. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the matter before the trial Court has already been decided vide order dated 11.03.2026 and thus, the present petition has become infructuous. 3.
