(Oral) The petition has been filed, inter alia, seeking a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to grant the benefit of first ACP scale to the petitioner, which has wrongly been withheld. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that he is due for grant of first ACP scale but it has been withheld on the ground that a petition filed by him, CWP No.29519 of 2024, is pending adjudication before this Court. The said case has no concern with grant of ACP as it pertains to recovery of costs of Tool and Die Trade equipments from the petitioner vide order dated 20.09.2024, Annexure P-5, on the ground that at the time of transfer the charge was not properly handed over by him.
