Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the application submitted by the petitioner for re-issuance/renewal of the passport, is not being processed, primarily on account of the fact that the petitioner has been arrayed as an accused in two FIRs, i.e. FIR No.06 dated 20.01.2023, under Sections 323/325 IPC, registered at Police Station Badali Ala Singh District Fatehgarh Sahib and FIR No.07 dated 13.01.2024, under Sections 304, 323, 341, 506, 34 IPC, registered at Police Station Badali
