(Oral) The present revision petition has been filed challenging the impugned judgment dated 20.02.2026 passed by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge-cum-Appellate Authority, Tarn Taran, whereby the appeal preferred by the petitioner was dismissed and the ejectment order dated 11.03.2024 passed by the learned Rent Controller, Tarn Taran was affirmed. Vide the aforesaid ejectment order, the rent petition filed by the respondent seeking eviction of the petitioner from the demised premises was allowed.
