Mr.Sunil Kumar Thapar, Addl.AG Punjab and Mr.Manpreet Singh Khangura, AAG Punjab with Ms.Nisha Rani, Sr.Asstt. o/o D.S.E(Sec) Punjab *** On 02.04.2026, the following order was passed: “Notice issued to the petitioner to appear in person before the Lok Adalat for today has been received back unserved with the report that the office of Director Public Instructions, Punjab has since shifted from Chandigarh to Mohali. Accordingly, fresh notice be issued to the petitioner at the address of Director Public Instructions, Mohali to appear in person before the Lok Adalat on 27.04.2026. None is appearing for the petitioner from the last three dates of hearing nor even today. Therefore, a specific notice be also issued to the counsel for the petitioner stating that in case he fails to appear in person before the Lok Adalat on the next date of hearing, the case/file will be consigned to the record room with liberty to get it revived as and when required, for the date fixed.” On 27.04.2026, again notice was issued to secure the presence of the petitioner but as
