SUMEET GOEL, J (ORAL) Present petition has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS for grant of interim bail for a period of two months on medical grounds due to critical medical condition to the petitioner in case FIR No.244 dated 09.08.2025 under Sections 20(b) (ii) (c), 29 of NDPS Act, registered at Police Station Sadar- Jhajjar, District Jhajjar (Haryana). Vide order dated 17.04.2026, this Court had afforded the concession of interim regular bail to the petitioner. It is common ground between learned counsel for the rival parties that the petitioner, after availing the said benefit of interim regular bail, has surrendered back to custody. No further directions are called for in the petition at hand. The same is disposed of accordingly.
